    Deputy Managing Director

    Mrs. Florence Adei Ohene is a Deputy Managing Director of Consolidated Bank Ghana LTD. (CBG), bringing over twenty-five years of experience in local and international business development and strategic planning.

    She began her banking career at JP Morgan Wealth and Investment Management in New York. She later joined the Wealth and Investment Management Group at SunTrust Bank in Atlanta, Georgia, where she played strategic roles in project management.

    While serving as the Vice President of Commercial and Retail Banking at PNC Bank in Atlanta, Georgia, Mrs. Ohene earned the prestigious Certified Women’s Business Advocate (CWBA) designation in recognition of her leadership and commitment to women-owned businesses.

    Following her tenure at PNC, she moved to uniBank Ghana as the Executive Head of International and Investor Relations, and subsequently joined Consolidated Bank Ghana LTD. (CBG) as the Head of Diaspora Business.

    Earlier in her career, she worked with Africare, a US-based NGO focused on microfinance support for women’s cooperatives in Uganda—an experience that reflects her long-standing commitment to economic empowerment and sustainable development.

    Mrs. Ohene holds an MBA (Finance and Marketing) from Georgetown University in Washington D.C., and a Master’s in African Studies with a concentration in Economic Development from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), where she graduated Cum Laude. She also holds a bachelor’s degree from UCLA.

    Her professional certifications include the Series 7, 63 & 67 Investment Securities Licenses from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), a Life and Variable Insurance License, and certification in PRINCE2 Project Management.
